Admins with the appropriate permissions can see the full list of petitions (including petitions that are not visible to members of the public) by going to their admin homepage and clicking the Petitions link.
At the top of this page you'll see a button to create a new petition. If you've hidden the petition creation links from members of the public, you can click the button here to create a petition.
Next is the filters section. By clicking Add Filter you'll see the various filter conditions that are available. Adding any of these filters will reduce the number of petitions that are included in the petition list. This can be useful if you're trying to find a single type (or a smaller set) of petitions.
Please note that each filter counts as an AND statement. For example, if you added the "Moderation Status: Good" filter and the "Country: Australia" filter, the resulting list would show only the petitions that meet both conditions: that are currently moderated to good and are located in Australia. (As opposed to all petitions that are either moderated to good OR based in Australia.)
The Export Data option that's shown in the filters section will create a CSV export of petition information, including text of the petition, the petition creator, creation date, etc. Please note: the export will only include the petitions that are included in the as-currently-filtered list. If you want to export all petitions from the platform, don't add any filters. Once filters are added, only the matching petitions are included in the CSV.
As additional filters are added, the statistics section will also update.
The numbers shown in this section will tell you how many petitions meet the set of filters that have been added. The sources chart will tell you how many different petition sources are represented in the resulting list. Clicking on the source chart will show you how many petitions fall into each source category.
Immediately above the list of petitions, there's an available sort order toggle. By clicking the current sort order (e.g. Created At), you can view other sort options. Next to the sort order dropdown is an arrow that allows you to toggle between ascending and descending lists.
One note: the Ended Campaign Type > We won filter will only display petitions that have been marked as Ended and We Won, not petitions that have only been marked as successful. More information about this distinction.
Admins with appropriate access will also see similar controls on other petition list pages, such as petitions in an effort and petitions in a group collection.
