If your organization has connected your ControlShift instance to a CRM using one of our pre-built CRM integrations, you'll usually have an option to view a synchronization log for that CRM integration.
You can access this sync log by going to your admin homepage > Settings > Integrations > choose your CRM > Sync Log. On this page, you can see all of the information that was sent to an external CRM, in order to debug and issues problems with the CRM sync.
In addition to this full log of all information synced to the CRM, you can also view CRM sync data for individual members.
To check the CRM sync for a single member, go to the admin homepage > Members. Then, search for the member using their email address and go to the Activity tab.
Clicking the CRM Sync Debug Log link at the bottom of this page will show you a log of each time the member's data was sent to your CRM.
