Drip Email Settings

ControlShift sends a selection of encouragement emails to petition creators. If desired, org admins can disable these emails by going to Settings> Content > Drip Email Preferences.

The optional encouragement emails include the Encourage, Reminder When No Signatures in Last Week, Launch Kicker, and petition events enabled email.

To turn off an email, click the Disable button.

We built these drip emails into the platform to encourage petition creators to continue running their campaign. However, the ability to disable these emails may be useful if you'd like to integrate the toolset with another drip email service, like Customer.io or Outbound. This will allow you greater control over when and what messages are sent to petition creators.
