Track Unsubscribes

Wondering how many people unsubscribed from a petition, event or partnership's mailing list after the most recent email blast? 

To view an email's unsubscribe stats, go to the admin homepage > Blast Emails and search for the appropriate email. You can also view these stats by going to the petition > Admin > Blast Emails and choosing the appropriate email. 

From this email summary page, you can see information about the email, including when it was moderated, how many people received the email, and the number of people who unsubscribed.

By clicking the linked unsubscribe number, you can view the list of users who unsubscribed and see if they unsubscribed from just the petition, or from the organization as a whole (if global unsubscribes are enabled).
