Q: Are there character limit/word count limits on user-generated text?
A: Yes, we do impose character limits on some pieces of member-generated text.
For petitions, our limits are:

| Image description (admin only) | 255 |
Additionally,
- For events, we limit the title of the event to 255 characters.
- For groups, we limit the group name to 255 characters.
- For blast emails, we limit the subject line to 255 characters.
