By default, petition creators can export delivery PDFs that usually include signers' names and post codes. However, there are times when a petition creator, or an admin, may need different information included in the delivery document.
Custom delivery PDFs can only be created by admins with appropriate permissions – petition creators are not able to customize the delivery PDF on their own. The easiest way to create custom petition delivery PDFs is to use a tool like Microsoft's mail merge to create a PDF that includes the information you'd like, formatted as you'd prefer.
To get started, export a petition's CSV of signatures (by going to the petition's signature page > Admin > Signatures > Download Signatures. Then, follow Microsoft's mail merge instructions to generate the PDF.
