Updates / Bug Fixes

• We've fixed a display issue that occurred when unusually long member email addresses were shown in admin search results.
  
  
• If you need to test a configuration change or see events appear immediately, the external event sync for EveryAction/NGPVAN  can now be triggered manually from the EveryAction/NGPVAN settings page instead of waiting for the next automatic run that happens each hour. †
  
  
• We briefly caused the user dropdown menu to be bold. This has been changed back – the user dropdown menu will use the header's font family but will not be bold.
  
  

• We've updated signature and attendee lists on admin pages to have a combined name field instead of separated first and last names.  †

Petitions

Updates / Bug Fixes

• We've fixed a bug where localized names for categories were not shown on the new petition form or on the org admin's category selector for efforts. With this update, the category's translated names will be shown if available.
  
  
• We've fixed an issue that was preventing partner admins from viewing the list of petitions in their partnership if any of the petitions had been marked as a success.
  
  
• We've fixed a double-escaping issue with petition text included in automatic emails. What this meant for users was that if the organization was including petition text snippets in the welcome email for new campaigns or the thank you for signing emails, and if the petition text included an apostrophe, we'd write the text as it's instead of it's. This is now fixed.

Events

Updates / Bug Fixes

• We've fixed a bug where, when reCAPTCHA was enabled by the organization, if the first attempt to RSVP to an event had an error (missing a field, invalid email, etc.), the second attempt would also fail due to a missing reCAPTCHA token.
  
  
• We now support adding external events (events from EveryAction/NGPVAN and MobilizeAmerica) to ControlShift calendars.
  
  
• We fixed time zone issues when creating events in certain locations.
  
  
• We've updated our MobilizeAmerica sync to make it more resilient if there's an error when processing a single event. 
  
  
• We've updated the design of the contact messages toggle that's available to hosts from the event's settings page. This makes the design of this section consistent with similar sections in other parts of the platform. †
