Updates / Bug Fixes
- We've made a number of updates to improve the reliability of email delivery via Sendgrid.
- We've fixed an error in the ActionNetwork sync that occurs when a user's email address has an extra space in the string.
- We've released a fix for signatures and attendees created via REST API that weren't implicitly opted in, even though their associated email opt-in type kind was implicit.
- We've removed a validation that was preventing user accounts with names like "Team YourOrg.org" from being updated, which was causing issues for some organization and partner admins. While we're now allowing that sort of name for user accounts, we're escaping all URL-like strings in signature, attendee, and user names used in templates to prevent auto-linking.
- We've released an update to improve error detection during deliverability settings setup.
- We've fixed an issue where some phone numbers previously failed to sync to Upland/MobileCommons because they were formatted incorrectly.
- We've fixed a bug where automatic redirection would fail after clicking to approve Authy's two-factor authentication push notification. Now, approving the Authy message will automatically send the admin on to their next page.

Events
New
- We've released support for events with Shifts! Shifts are an optional new setting for events, which allows hosts to specify when attendees should arrive for more complicated events, like canvasses, tabling events, or staffing a volunteer office.
When shifts are added to an event, we'll allow attendees to choose the shifts they'd like to to attend, and shift information is then included in the event host tools and the automatic emails sent to attendees. Learn more about shifts in our announcement and in this help center. Other shift-related updates include: †- Bulk data exports now include information about event shifts in the shifts table, which describes the shifts, and the attendee_shifts table, which links attendees to the shifts they have RSVPed for.
- Shift counts are now included in admin event CSV exports.
- We've updated email templates (the 'thank attendee' and 'event approaching email for attendees' templates) to include shift information when appropriate. (If you're using calendars, you may need to update the associated email templates separately.)
Updates / Bug Fixes
- We've made our MobilizeAmerica sync more resilient when there are events without a set start time.
- We've fixed a bug where, if an event was created with an end time, the end time could not later be removed by editing the event content.
Nothing new in groups or VisitThem.
