Platform
Updates / Bug Fixes
- Infrastructure updates.
- In the moderation queue, admins can now filter the queue by items that have been assigned to a specific team. (In addition to being able to filter the queue to show only items assigned to yourself and the teams you are a part of.) †
- In the moderation queue, we've changed the autofocus in the reviewer/mentor assignment section so that we'll automatically focus on the search field.
- We've made extensive updates to layouts for RTL languages (Arabic and Hebrew). This update touched many of pages on the platform, so please do let us know if you see any issues.
- Teams can now be restricted to a "limited moderation queue". When the "limited moderation queue" setting is enabled, members of that team will only be able to see the tasks that have been assigned to them/their team. To update a team's settings, go to the team page and click to edit. †
- Updated translations.
Petitions
Updates / Bug Fixes
- In the moderation queue, the 'Skip notification email' toggle for petitions was showing a translation error. We're now showing the actual text.
- There was an error when removing an automatically-added label (like the new profanity label) from a petition. This is fixed.
- We've updated our profanity list to remove "murder" from flagged words. Before this update, newly-created legitimate petitions with "murder" in their text would be tagged as profanity.
- We weren't including
utm_medium
parameters in share by email URLs. That parameter will now be included if your organization has added autm_medium
parameter in your organization's Social Media Settings.
- We've added a second
utm_medium
parameter that will be used in the promoted petitions modal. To add this parameter, go to your organization's Settings > Social Media. We're also automatically adding autm_source
that's specific to the promoted petitions modal. †
Events
Updates / Bug Fixes
- For organizations who are not using events, we're now appropriately hiding events tools from partner admins.
Nothing new in groups or VIsitThem.
Best story title from our development queue: "what is the deal with petition tokens?"
† This feature required new text strings. If you're using the platform in a language other than English, you may need to provide updated translations.
