Petitions

• We now allow petitions to be associated with Regions. Regions allow you to associate a team of admins with a specific geographic area, ensuring that the right people see newly created assets and limiting their admin access. A petition's Region can set from the petition's admin page. †

Events

• We've added two new variables, which can be used in emails to event hosts. The {% edit_event_url %} variable allows you to link the host directly to the event's edit page. Likewise, the {% event_attendees_url %} variable allows you to link the host directly to the attendees list. †
  
  
• We now allow events to be associated with Regions. Regions allow you to associate a team of admins with a specific geographic area, ensuring that the right people see newly created assets and limiting their admin access. Events will be automatically added to a Region if their location corresponds to an existing region. An event's Region can also be updated from the event's admin page and the moderation queue. †

Groups

At the moment, a group can be associated with a Region from the group's admin page or the moderation queue.†
