Platform
Updates / Bug Fixes
- We have an initial Czech translation. A big thank you to Milan and the GP Czech team for their hard work!
- Infrastructure and security updates.
- We've updated our Salesforce CRM sync. These updates fixed various errors we'd logged when syncing signature information.
- We've made updates to our NationBuilder sync.
- The All blast emails page has been updated to the new layout and is now mobile responsive.
- We've updated the inappropriate email notification that's sent to drafters of inappropriate emails. Admins can now customize the message that's used in that notification. †
Petitions
Updates / Bug Fixes
- In the all petitions list, we've added automatic width resizing so that long effort names don't break the page.
- In the My Campaigns page, "created by" is now translatable. †
- Petition blast emails can now be edited and moderated from the unified moderation queue. Admins with the appropriate access can click the Moderate button to view the email, make any edits, and choose a moderation status. †
- For organizations using email confirmation, the join org checkbox was being incorrectly shown when the signature failed to submit. Now the join box stays hidden and the user is only asked to opt in via the confirmation email.
- In the offline signature form, we've changed the x (used for implicit data processing) to a ✓.
- In the All petitions page, we now allow admins to filter petitions by geography (e.g. all petitions in the TX-01 congressional district, all petitions in New South Wales, etc.). †
Events
Updates / Bug Fixes
- Event invitation and event host blast emails can now be edited and moderated from the unified moderation queue. Admins with the appropriate access can click the Moderate button to view the email, make any edits, and choose a moderation status. †
- When admins edited an event invitation email in the previous email moderation queue, the event creator's message would be stripped of formatting. This is now fixed.
- We now have support for basic event types. Event types allow organizations to create a list of common types of events (phone banks, rallies, etc.). Event types can then be added to calendars, and event hosts can choose the appropriate event type when creating an event in the calendar. This will allow admins to keep track of what types of events are being created. This feature is a first iteration. We plan to eventually allow admins to associate event types with different default event settings. Check back for more information about event types and any updates. †
- We've completely refactored and updated the styles of the calendar settings page. Calendar admin pages have been updated to match our petition settings pages and are now mobile responsive. Part of this change included limiting the scope of partner admin access to calendars settings. †
- Petition event invitation emails (emails sent by petition creators to inform their signers of an upcoming event) now have a WYSIWYG editor.
Groups
Updates / Bug Fixes
- Geographically-based groups no longer need to be tied to a decision maker. This is a data model change, so many organizations will not see a difference, but it will allow organizations more latitude when creating a new local group collection.
