The Landing Page's Petitions page allows admins to quickly see a list of all petitions included in the Landing Page. To go to the Petitions page, go to the admin homepage > Pages > name of the Landing Page > Petitions.
At the top of this page are three links: All, Leaderboard, and Abandoned.
- All: lists all launched petitions that are included in the Landing Page.
- Leaderboard: shows you the top five petitions by signature count. From the leaderboard page you can also copy an iframe code that allows you to embed the leaderboard into an external site. This can be useful if you want to show which campaigns within the Landing Page have received the most signatures. Just copy the iframe code and paste it into an external site to embed the leaderboard.
- Abandoned: shows you any abandoned petitions. Abandoned petitions have been started by a user, but left in a draft state for more than one hour.
Going back to the All page, you'll see additional options.
On the right side of the page, admins can click to Move Petition Into Effort. This option allows org admins to move a petition created outside of the Landing Page into the Landing Page. To move a petition click this link and then complete the URL. Note: you can also move a petition into a landing page (or remove a petition from the landing page) from the petition's Admin page > Details tab (https://controlshiftlabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204195578#associations).
Next, you'll see the filters section. From here you can add various filters to the All petitions list. This can be useful to narrow down the full list of petitions. Click Add Filter to see the available filters.
Also in this section is the Export Data option. Clicking this option will generate a CSV listing the petitions included in the current (and potentially filtered) view. This export can be useful to quickly compare information across all petitions or to create a list of local campaign leaders.
Below the filters section, you'll see some stats about the petitions in the landing page, including the number of petitions in total (or the number of petitions that match your chosen filters) and the sources of these petitions.
Next, you'll see Sort Order conditions. From here you can change the default sort order for your petitions list.
Finally, you'll see the list of petitions. Clicking the title of the petition will bring you to the petition's signature page. Clicking the petition creator's name will take you to their member page. You can also click the Admin button to go directly to the petition's admin page.
