Updates / Bug Fixes

• We've updated our search infrastructure. These changes will mostly affect organizations that are operating in languages other than English.
  
  When searching in English, our infrastructure includes other versions of the word, like plurals (you search for "kitten" and we also return "kittens") and other tenses (you search for "repair" and we also return "repairing"). Now, we've extended that search infrastructure to other languages ("pelz" and "pelze" in German, etc.). We've also updated the infrastructure to return results with and without accent marks (you search for "Santurban" and we also return "Santurbán".) These changes should make it easier for people to find the appropriate petitions.
  
  
• For organizations that include the country field on the signature/RSVP/new account forms, we've added that field's label to CMS Content, which allows it to be customized.
  
  
• We're now allowing translations of "Invitation Email" which is used in places like petitions' settings pages (when someone wants to invite a secondary campaign admin). †

• In the All petitions list (/org/petitions), when filters are added, the Export Data button now only includes the filtered data. †
  
  
• In the All petitions list (/org/petitions), we now support filtering by category. †
  
  
• In the All petitions list (/org/petitions), we now support filtering by proximity to a location. After choosing the Location filter, you'll be asked to enter a point location and a search radius. We'll then include any petitions with locations that fall within that radius. Using the Location filter will also add a new option to the Sort Order dropdown menu. The new option will allow you to sort based on proximity to the location. †
  
  
• When viewing the site in Dutch, an Effort's Leadership Settings page led to an error. That's been fixed.
  
  
• When a petition had a manually-added signature count, deleting a real signature would remove the manually-added count from the public count on the petition page. This no longer happens.
  
  
• We've updated the promoted petition modal to change the way the petition image is displayed. This should stop the image from being oddly cropped. 
  
  
• When a petition has been flagged, we include a flag icon in the petition's row on petition lists. However, when flagged petitions were included in a partnership, this would cause the petition list page on the partner admin panel to crash. We've fixed that issue. 
  
  
• Effort petitions that were created by admins (outside of the normal recruitment steps) are now being included in Effort leaderboards.
  
  
• We've released a new liquid variable that allows petition creators to be directly linked to their petition's event management tab. This may be useful for the events enabled email that campaign creators receive when their petition has been moderated to Good+ and reaches 100 signatures. The new variable looks like {{ the text you want to be linked here | link_to_petition_events:petition }}.

• We've released a new liquid variable that allows petition creators to be directly linked to their petition's event management tab. This may be useful for the events enabled email that campaign creators receive when their petition has been moderated to Good+ and reaches 100 signatures. The new variable looks like {{ the text you want to be linked here | link_to_petition_events:petition }}. 
  

Nothing new in groups, TakeCharge, or VisitThem.
