Updates / Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where category selections were not being displayed in the moderation queue unless org admins clicked to edit the category field.
- When org admins clicked to publish a petition's ended story from the moderation queue, nothing happened. Now, after clicking to publish the story, the story is published.
- On an Effort's landing page, the cluster images – which indicate there are multiple petitions in one area – weren't being displayed. This was a CDN issue and we're displaying those images again.
- Ongoing Efforts & Decision Makers improvements. The Decision Makers feature is part of a larger piece of functionality that's yet to be released. This round of work included:
- Petitions in and out of Efforts can now have structured 'Decision Makers' instead of the normal, more free-form Who field. The Decision Makers tool allows you to add more information about the target – like the target's location, email address, phone number, etc. By viewing the decision maker's page, you can see all of the petitions that are targeting that decision maker. Once a petition is associated with a target, the who field can not be edited.
- Org admins can now switch or add the decision maker associated with a petition from the petition's moderation queue.
- If you have two records for the same decision maker, you can now merge the information into one record.
- Decision makers have published or unpublished status. Unpublished decision makers are those that have been added by members and not confirmed by org admins. Once the decision maker's information is confirmed by org admins, they can publish the decision maker, which will make him/her available for public searches.
Nothing new in events, groups, or TakeCharge.
