When an organization added support for a new language, the footer wasn't always updated to include the language menu. The menu is automatically added now.

Petitions

Previously we didn't always reindex petitions when the category selections changed. That meant that while the changes were reflected on the petition page, the petition wasn't displayed in the correct categories in the site directory. We've fixed that.
The "Recently Signed By" list on petition pages stopped updating for a few hours. It's back now.

Admins can now export a CSV of any user who has RSVPed to any event on the platform.
Previously we only displayed the street address of an event on calendar and event pages. We now include the country too.
