Fixed an issue that was causing some petitions to not share properly on Facebook. This was caused by Facebook deciding to block some assets on Amazon's Cloudfront CDN (one of the most used CDNs). We've created CNAME for the images linked in the og:image metadata.
Ongoing efforts improvements including speeding up the effort admin and search pages and allowing multiple target sets to be used in one effort.
