Sometimes we receive help tickets from admins who have exported a signature/delivery CSV, but are seeing strange or broken characters. (For example, the screenshot below where "Galați" has become "Gala»õi".)
When that happens, it usually means that the encoding used by the program opening the CSV is not correct. In order to correctly display all characters, the program's encoding needs to be set to "Unicode (UTF-8)".
If you're using Microsoft Excel to open the CSV file, you can learn how to change the default encoding in Microsoft's Help Center. If you're using another program to open the file, we'd recommend searching Google for information about how to change the encoding.
If you have a Google account, Google Sheets uses Unicode (UTF-8) encoding, which makes it a good option for opening these files. Just log into your google drive, click New > File Upload > Open with Google Sheets.
If you have questions, feel free to open a support ticket.
