Updates / Bug Fixes
- Fixed various issues with RTL languages, like checkbox misalignment, button placement, etc.
- For organizations using NationBuilder, the new users to list count was being updated oddly. There's a long explanation here, but the basics are that the 'signatures today' and 'new members to list' stats treated timezones differently. This could lead to the new members to list number being higher than the total signatures for the day, which was confusing. We've updated the code and the numbers now interact with timezones the same way.
- Opt in checkboxes are now translatable. To provide a translation for the opt-in checkbox label or the opt-in help text, go to CMS > Content > Petitions > Organisation Opt-in Label or Organisation Opt-in Help.
Petitions
Updates / Bug Fixes
- We experienced ongoing issues with our third-party search infrastructure provider. This not only caused searches to fail, but also led to very slow moderation. We've migrated to a new search provider.
- Unrelated to the above search issue, petitions with geographically-bound decision makers were also loading very slowly in the moderation queue. This delay should be fixed.
- The /petitions/featured JSON wasn't correctly pulling promoted petitions after releasing our promoted petitions feature, but this issue should be fixed.
- When petitions are created, we automatically check them for spam. This check is only supposed to happen when the petition is first created. However, some petitions were being checked, and marked as spam, multiple times. We've updated the code and this should not happen anymore.
